How do I place an order?
To place your order, you will need a few things. First, decide which ecommerce store plan you would like to purchase. If you already have a domiain name, you're ready to go. If you don't have a domain name, then pick a domain name for your new web store. Go to the order page and place your order.

How do I get you my logo and color choices?
The easiest way is to email your logo and color choices to us at support@onlinewebstorehosting.com. Be sure to include your domain name.

What is SSL and do I really need it?
SSL (secure socket layer) is a technology that encrypts data as it is transmitted over the Internet. This encryption protects sensitive data, such as credit card numbers, from being stolen. All of our web stores include a shared SSL certificate to protect data. You may also purchase your own SSL to protect your store.

How do I upload my product photos?
Product photo uploads are done through the administrative interface. Once you login, you will be able to add, modify, or delete products from your catalog. At the end of the form, there is a photo upload function that allows you to browse to your local computer and select files from your hard drive to upload. No FTP or other programs required.

Do certain types of product photos work better than others?
Yes. Our software is optimized to work with photos that are no wider than 125 pixels and no taller than 250 pixels for those that appear on the home page promotions. Other product photos can be up to 300 pixels wide and 500 pixels tall. Remember that the smaller the image, the smaller the file size, and the quicker your site will load for visitors. Images that are larger than 1 megapixel (1024x768) are not allowed.

Can you customize my store?
Unlike other providers, all of our stores are available for customizations.

Billing Questions

How will I be billed?
We charge credit cards on the first business day of each month. "Data Hosting Solutions" will appear on your statement for the monthly amount. Quarterly and annual pay customers are also billed on the first business day of the month your next payment is due.

Can I pay by check?
Unlike other providers, we offer paper billing to qualified customers. If you would like to pay by check, email your request to billing@onlinewebstorehosting.com. Please note that not all customers qualify for paper billing and new orders must be prepaid before they can be activated.
